Bob has been practicing law for over 27 years. During that time he has:
- Conducted multiple jury trials
- Participated in multiple Arbitration matters
- Participated in well over 100 Mediations
- Received Outstanding Volunteer Lawyer Award
- Drafted, reviewed, edited hundreds of contracts
- Instructed multiple Continuing Legal Education courses for lawyers
- Substantial experience resolving disputes through negotiated settlements

Bob started law school when he was 36 years old. He tells people “I went to Law School as a grown up.” Before law school, Bob:
- Was a high-school music teacher.
- Was a consumer advocate in the area of consumer credit. He appeared on Good Morning America.
- Served on our local Better Business Bureau’s Board of Directors, 3 years as Chairman of the Board.
- Invested in residential and commercial real estate
- Served in music ministries
bob has now shifted his focus entirely to hoa law: helping owners navigate issues with their hoa.
